The house, and the block.

A listing film shows the space, the details, and the way it feels to walk through. A neighborhood film shows why someone would want to live there. Agent brand video puts a face and a voice on the name. Aerial when the story needs the sky. Vertical cuts for the feed come from the same shoot.

One conversation. Then the shoot.

Send me the address and the date. I plan the shots around the light, film the space and the street, and edit with a point of view.
