Privacy.
Falú Creative is a one-person studio in Chicago. This page says, in plain words, what happens to the information you send.
Updated September 24, 2026.
What you send, and why
Information you choose to submit includes what you enter in a form on this site, in a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, when you book a call, or when you subscribe to the newsletter. Here is what each one collects and why.
- An inquiry on this site. The conversation form asks for your name, your email, the direction you are interested in, your timing, and a few lines about your idea. I use it to reply and to plan a first conversation.
- A lead form on Facebook or Instagram. If you fill in a Falú Creative lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes what you entered to the studio: usually your name, email, phone, company, and a note about your project. It is stored in GoHighLevel, the studio’s contact list, and I use it to reply and to schedule a conversation. Meta’s own privacy policy covers what Meta collects on its platforms.
- Booking a call. If you book time with the studio, the scheduling tool keeps your name, email, phone, and the time you picked, so the call can be confirmed and happen.
- The newsletter. If you subscribe, I keep your email address and the page you subscribed from, so I can send you the next story. If you find a code on the site and enter your email to claim it, you get one email with that code.
Where it goes
Here is where each submission goes.
- GoHighLevel holds the studio’s contact list, sends its email, and runs its calendar. An inquiry from this site reaches me as an email through it. A lead from a Facebook or Instagram lead form and a newsletter signup are each saved as a contact there.
- The studio’s own database (Supabase) also saves a website inquiry as a prospect record: your name, your email, what you asked about, your timing, and your notes.
- Vercel hosts this site and runs the form handlers. Like any web host, it receives the technical request needed to serve each page. The form handler’s log also records the email address you submit.
- Cloudinary streams the client videos on the home page. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on one page, Havana’s Gift; every other page serves its fonts from this site. When you follow an Instagram link, you are on Instagram.
Visit counts
The site counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, a tool from the company that hosts the site. For each page view it records the time, the page, the site that sent you, your rough location (country, region, and city), and your browser, operating system, and device type. It sets no cookies. The count is not tied to you or to your IP address. The code that tells one visitor from another is made from your request and thrown away after 24 hours. The site has no advertising pixels. I checked all of this on September 24, 2026.
One page, /remodelers, shows the GoHighLevel booking calendar inside the page. The services named above that deliver files for this site, Cloudinary and Google Fonts, that calendar, and any site you link out to, such as Instagram, have their own privacy policies. I have not audited what they set in your browser. This site does not embed Facebook or Instagram widgets.
The site does use your browser’s own storage for small choices: sound on or off, which films you have played, your viewing choice, a direction you saved, an unfinished brief, and a code you found. These stay in your browser. They are not sent to the studio on their own.
Your choices
- Email falu@falucreative.com to ask what the studio holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
- To stop emails from the studio, reply to any of them or write to the same address.
